PERFORMANCE OF THE CAR
XUV 700 is the car which replaces XUV 500 in the current market. This car is the flagship car by Mahindra . It comes features packed but misses on some features like ventilated seats which its rival Tata Safari offers. Engine maximum power comes between 200 to 4800 rpm . It can go up to 5200 rpm but there is no power offered after 4500 rpm. The suspension is stable and offers grate comfort. The car do not give much confidence while driving on high rpm and the interior rattles once it passes high rpms. Steering is improved but it does not change along the driving modes . Throttle response is quick and you get something out of the car every time you put your foot down. Braking performance is not the best and seems like a place where Mahindra needs to work. Overall the car is very good for a family, offers safety, off road capabilities and can do long road trips with ease .
